For a long time, I had nothing to say. So I paid attention. Sometimes it felt like regression. But it was where everything started.
In Presence, there is Silence. / Silence brings you Clarity. / From Clarity, Form emerges. / Things can be built. / Where things can be built… / Becomes a Foundation.
Read that last line again. The practice doesn’t end in stillness. It ends in a foundation. Something you can build on.
Attention, for me, is not a tool. It is a space. The space where I find out what’s actually worth making. I don’t pay attention instead of working. I pay attention so the work comes from something true, not from what the inner critic demands.
Creation, then, isn’t performance for its own sake. But it isn’t the refusal of form either. The image gets made. The meal gets served. The thing gets built and shown. Presence isn’t the opposite of output. It’s the root the output grows from.
This is what the name means. In-kraft. In force. Presence that doesn’t stay still, but moves into form. First I find where I am. Then I work from there.
INKRAFT is a manifestation of a thinking mind.
INKRAFT is a workshop.
INKRAFT is how I let myself be seen.
INKRAFT is how I connect.
For now, I am paying attention. Still listening. And this is what I build.
