It wasn’t a single moment, more like a slow internal shift.

In mid-2025, a few things collapsed at the same time: a long friendship ended, and I stepped away from a career I’d been in for nearly 15 years. Nothing dramatic on the outside, but internally, something clicked.

I realised I had never really taken myself seriously as an artist…Even after everything.

Street photography became the space where I finally allowed myself to show up without trying to fit into a role. I stopped chasing results and started treating photography as a practice.

Long walks, camera with me, no pressure. Somewhere in that process, the “why” became clear. And once that happened, the work changed with it.

The pivot wasn’t about gear or style. It was about giving myself permission to be seen.

INKRAFT is what happened after that.

Philosophy

For a long time, I had nothing to say. So I just paid attention.

Presence gives you silence. Silence brings you clarity. From clarity, form can emerge. So things can be built. Where things can be built… Becomes a foundation.

I wasn’t looking for a result. Not an answer. Not a next step. More like a state. The moment when a person doesn’t document, doesn’t explain, doesn’t try to make sense of things.

Just is. Present.

Attention, for me, is not a tool. It is a space.

Not important because it has a goal. But important because we are in it.

Creation, for me, doesn’t come from performance. Not goal-oriented, not output-driven. More like integration. It sometimes appears to be a step back…but it’s really just about restructuring.

Presence doesn’t speed things up. It doesn’t slow them down either. It simply shows what is.

INKRAFT, for me, is a creative practice. A space where attention takes priority over results. Not a studio in the classical sense…more like a process where creation is not explanation, but impression.

I will share notes here. Fragments of thought. Images. Decisions. Things that haven’t been put together yet…but are no longer silent. I don’t want to document. I want to be present with them. To show them as they are.

INKRAFT is a manifestum of a thinking mind.
INKRAFT is where people can see me.
INKRAFT is a working place.
INKRAFT is where I connect.

For now, I am paying attention. Still listening.

And so be it.
